The star of the show is the cottage cheese. It’s our secret for adding a significant protein boost while keeping the ingredient list short and clean. Combined with unbleached enriched flour, these bites provide a more sustaining snack that our own six children love to grab on the way out the door.

Pickup Day: Saturday morning in Lincoln.

Freshness Note: Like all our baked goods, these are prepared in small batches for Saturday to ensure they are fresh and flavorful when you pick them up.
