​Each batch is cold-smoked for 6+ hours over a custom blend of Hickory and Cherry woods right here in Lincoln. This patient, low-temperature process ensures the salt absorbs a deep, campfire aroma without a hint of bitterness. We then finish the blend with organic rosemary—hand-raised in our own greenhouse, minced fresh, and air-dried—alongside a sharp kick of freshly cracked black pepper.
